Getting to your tour should be the easy part. Here’s everything you need to know to find us, park, and get on the water without any stress.
Where We Are
All Suncoast Adventure Tours & Charters trips depart from:
582 Blackburn Point Road Osprey, FL 34229
We are located at the marina next to our Bait Shop. When you arrive, look for the big yellow building — you can’t miss it. Parking is in front of the yellow building and is completely free.
How to Find Us
If you are coming from Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway 41), turn onto Blackburn Point Road and head toward the water. After about a mile you will see the big yellow building on your right — that’s us.
Two helpful landmarks to watch for:
- If you pass The Deep Lagoon restaurant, you’ve gone too far
- If you reach the one lane turn bridge, you’ve gone too far — turn around and we are just back up the road
Parking
Free parking is available directly in front of the big yellow building at the marina. There is plenty of space so no need to worry about arriving early just to find a spot.
When You Arrive
It’s helpful — though not required — to text us at 941-445-2162 when you arrive. Most of the time your captain will already be out front to greet you and get you settled on the boat.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled departure time so we can get underway on time and make the most of your tour.
Amenities at the Marina
We want your experience to be comfortable from the moment you arrive. The marina offers:
- Restrooms available on site
- Deli with snacks and drinks if you want to grab something before boarding
- Free bottled water and sodas provided on board in an ice chest at no charge
- Life jackets provided for all ages. No need to worry about the kids life jackets, we have got you covered.
What to Bring
- Sunscreen — the Florida sun on the water is intense even on cloudy days
- Sunglasses and a hat — essential for comfort on the water
- A light layer — it can get breezy on the water, especially on sunset tours
- Your camera or phone — you will want photos
- BYO snacks or drinks are welcome on board
- Polarized Sunglasses – Polarized sunglasses make all the difference in the world on a boat. You will see more!
Getting Here from Key Locations
- From Sarasota: Head south on US-41, turn right onto Blackburn Point Road, big yellow building on the right after about a mile
- From Venice: Head north on US-41, turn left onto Blackburn Point Road, big yellow building on the right after about a mile
- From Siesta Key: Head south on US-41 toward Osprey, turn right onto Blackburn Point Road
